These terms govern enrolment in the CASPIAN Certificate in Obesity Medicine, offered by Caspian Healthcare Foundation ("we", "us"). By registering or paying the course fee you agree to these terms.
The course is for registered medical practitioners (MBBS and above). It is professional education and does not itself confer any licence or registration.
The founding-batch fee is ₹2,999 (standard fee ₹9,999), payable online via Razorpay or as otherwise agreed. A seat is confirmed once payment is received and we acknowledge it. Seats are limited and offered on a first-come basis.
The programme runs as twelve monthly in-person sessions (one 3-hour Sunday session per month) plus a convocation, in Hyderabad. Dates and venue may be adjusted for genuine operational reasons; we will give reasonable notice.
A certificate of completion is issued on meeting attendance requirements and passing the final examination (60% to pass; 75% for distinction).
Course materials are for your personal educational use and may not be redistributed or resold. Medical content is educational and does not replace your own clinical judgement; always verify drug doses and guidance against current official sources.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the course is limited to the fee you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction.
