Cancellation Policy

How to cancel your enrolment.

You may cancel your enrolment at any time by emailing drkhizer@caspianobesity.com or WhatsApp +91 89784 54547.

Before Session 1: full refund of the fee paid.
Within 7 days of Session 1: full refund under our first-session money-back guarantee.
After that: non-refundable, but you may take one free deferral to the next batch.

If we cancel or reschedule a batch for operational reasons and you cannot attend the new dates, you will receive a full refund. See also our Refund Policy.
