Our guarantee: if the first session isn't value for money, you get a full refund.

Before the course starts

Cancel any time before Session 1 for a full refund of the fee paid.

First-session money-back guarantee

If you attend Session 1 and feel it is not value for money, request a refund within 7 days of Session 1 for a full refund.

After that

Once the 7-day window after Session 1 has passed, the fee is non-refundable. However, we offer one free deferral to the next batch if you cannot continue, and one free exam retake if needed.

How refunds are made
